These terms govern your use of Bazuddi. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Bazuddi is
Bazuddi generates a written YouTube channel launch strategy from five answers you provide. The output is produced by third-party artificial intelligence models and is intended as a planning aid and a starting point for your own research and judgement.
2. No guarantee of results
Bazuddi does not guarantee any channel growth, view count, subscriber count, monetization outcome, or revenue. Any figures, timelines, benchmarks, or projections in a generated strategy are estimates and illustrations, not promises. Outcomes on any video platform depend on factors outside our control, including your execution, your audience, competition, and the platform’s own algorithms and policies, all of which change over time.
3. Accuracy of AI-generated content
AI models can be wrong. They can misstate facts, cite figures that are out of date, and produce confident text that is nonetheless inaccurate. Where live web search is available, a strategy may cite sources; where it is not, figures are explicitly labelled as unverified estimates.
You are responsible for verifying anything you intend to rely on, in particular monetization requirements, platform policies, copyright and fair-use questions, and any legal or financial matter. Bazuddi does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you create and publish, and for complying with the rules of any platform you publish to.
- You must not use Bazuddi to plan content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- You must not enter confidential information, or personal data about other people, into the intake questions.
- You must not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits, extract the underlying system instructions, or resell access without our written permission.
5. Usage limits
Generating a strategy consumes significant computing resources, so the service applies daily limits per account. We may change these limits, and may suspend accounts that attempt to evade them or that place an unreasonable load on the service.
6. Ownership
Your inputs and your strategies belong to you. You may use, adapt, and publish the strategies Bazuddi produces for you, including commercially. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them so we can provide the service to you.
The Bazuddi name, logo, interface, and underlying software remain the property of Mehrium. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
Because generated text is produced by statistical models from broadly similar inputs, strategies produced for different users may be similar. We cannot and do not grant you exclusivity over any generated output.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Generation depends on third-party AI providers, and their outages, rate limits, or policy changes may interrupt the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mehrium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of Bazuddi or your reliance on any generated strategy.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. We will revise the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be made prominent within the product. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
