Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use Bazuddi, why we collect it, and who else sees it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, and it describes what the product actually does today.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
To produce a strategy, Bazuddi asks you five questions covering your channel niche and any channels you want to model, your monetization goal and timeline, your intended format, your weekly time and equipment, and your on-camera preference. We store your answers so we can generate your strategy and show it to you again later without re-running the process.
If you provide an email address, we store it to associate your saved strategies with you and to apply usage limits.
Information we generate
- The strategy document produced for you, and the sources referenced while researching it.
- Technical metadata about each run: which AI model was used, token counts, how long the run took, and whether it succeeded or failed.
- Any rating or feedback you submit about a strategy.
- A daily count of how many strategies you have generated, used to enforce fair-use limits.
What we do not collect
Bazuddi does not use advertising trackers, does not sell data, and does not build advertising profiles. We do not ask for payment card details on this site, and we do not collect special categories of personal data.
2. How your information is used
- To generate your channel strategy and display it back to you.
- To cache completed strategies so that reopening one does not trigger a new AI run. This protects both your time and our costs.
- To enforce daily usage limits and prevent abuse.
- To diagnose failures and improve the quality of generated strategies.
3. Third-party AI providers
Bazuddi does not run its own language models. To generate a strategy, your five answers and the resulting instructions are transmitted to one or more third-party AI providers, which may include Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI, depending on configuration and availability.
When live web search is enabled, the AI provider also issues search queries derived from your answers in order to find current benchmarks and platform policy information. Those queries and the resulting page requests are handled by the provider and its search partners.
Your information is therefore subject to those providers’ own privacy policies and data-handling terms in addition to this one. Please do not enter confidential information or personal data about other people into the intake questions.
4. Storage, retention, and location
Strategies and their metadata are retained so you can return to them. Your browser also keeps a local copy of recent strategies so the interface can list them quickly; you can clear this at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
We keep records for as long as needed to provide the service. You may ask us to delete your strategies and associated records at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. API credentials used to reach AI providers are held server-side and are never exposed to your browser.
7. Children
Bazuddi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be made prominent within the product.
